Adapting Transport Infrastructure in Normandy Region to Risks from Climate Change
Transport infrastructure is central to regional economic development. Yet climate change is increasingly degrading its quality and resilience. ATI-Normandy provides a rigorous framework for diagnosing vulnerabilities in Normandy's transport networks and for economically evaluating adaptation strategies, using quantitative spatial economic modelling.

Two objectives, one integrated approach
Normandy is particularly exposed: Seine floods (2016), extreme rainfall (2021), heatwaves (2019), and storms Ciara, Alex, and Federico have already disrupted roads, bridges, and railways. ATI-Normandy provides a rigorous framework to measure the economic consequences and guide adaptation decisions.
